We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you are the first point of contact for prospects of ngosaarthi. You will conduct outreach through numerous channels including outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc. The BDE acts as the primary liaison between the prospect and our sales force of highly trained Account Executives. We’re looking for someone who has an unwavering ability to develop quick relationships with prospects to define areas of need within the industry.

Your day-to-day will involve working and building relationships with some of the world’s most recognizable nonprofit organizations. You’ll be leading the charge in promoting and selling industry-leading technology that will transform the space for many years to come. As a company, we are currently in hyper-growth mode, looking to scale our team and bring on individuals who are highly motivated and ready to crush their targets!

Success as a BDE is measured by consistently hitting and exceeding your goals – staying ahead of your daily and monthly metrics, handling pressure in stride while promoting industry best practices, and adapting to a competitive yet friendly team-focused environment. As a Business Development Executive, You’ll Succeed By

Implementing an entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with ambiguity and change, and a passion for helping to build fundoutlook’s brand awareness.

Executing an outbound business development plan to generate new business opportunities and conduct high-level conversations with key stakeholders through multiple forms of outreach.

Working closely with leadership to create and prioritize a plan of action and consistently reviewing results.

Explaining how Fundraise Up brings value to the customer’s needs.

Sourcing strategic accounts, identifying key individuals, researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle.

Ensuring successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining high levels of activity and keeping the pipeline up-to-date within CRM.

Demonstrating initiative, thought leadership, creativity & collaboration.

Displaying teamwork, sharing best practices, collaborating and mentoring fellow colleagues.


Bonus Points

Experience working with / selling into non-profit organizations.

Experience working for sales in SaaS / tech based companies.

com and Outreach.io experience is a plus.

Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual.

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University is strongly preferred.

Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales with NGOs. Operating within a startup environment, you’ll need unwavering enthusiasm, energy, and a hands-on approach to achieve your goals swiftly. This role demands a high degree of execution focus, transforming ideas from conception to implementation efficiently. An interest in talking to people, engaging with them and helping them find solutions will deliver success in this role.


Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide a video DEMO of our platform to NGOs.. 

• Address client queries, provide solutions, and ensure client satisfaction in making a successful sale

• Follow up rigorously with NGOs to close sales

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer delight


Qualifications

• Strong communication – both oral & written in English. Speaking fluency in multiple languages is an added advantage

• 0 – 2 years of experience in sales

• Ability to grasp things fast

• An ability to think both innovatively and creatively will help to provide solutions to clients

You will be responsible for onboarding NGOs and helping them to complete registration requirements. You will create and refine the requirements of funding for the NGO and present it in a manner that can help the NGOs get more donations. In this role you will enable NGOs to get a payment gateway on their site thus helping them raise more money. you will ensure a great experience for the NGO throughout the registration process through timely follow-ups and responding to all their queries.

You need to be able to write English quite well with a reasonable comfort in speaking the same. in addition you will need to be able to speak in Hindi and/or one other regional language so that you can converse with the NGOs easily. A reasonable familiarity with computers and basic software such as Microsoft Word and Excel is expected.
